Pool Structural Repair

Pool structural repair is simple for our team of professionals. The floor and wall of your pool are likely made from concrete, gunite, vinyl, or fiberglass. These are the main types of swimming pool materials, and each is vulnerable to different forms of leaks, deterioration, or other problems. This means that there are different repair methods needed for each type of material, but rest assured knowing that we have years of experience working on all styles.

For concrete or gunite swimming pool walls and floors, it's not uncommon for the freezing and thawing cycle to cause plaster to crack. We can take care of both the necessary repair work, and any type of weatherizing that may need to be done to prevent the issue from happening again in the future. We will be sure the wall and floor surfaces are kept in great condition so you and your family don't have problems when swimming.

Vinyl pools often have problems with the liner. It can leak or naturally deteriorate over time because of the environment and the cleaning chemicals used in the water. We can locate small punctures in the material, repair them, or even replace the entire liner if necessary so that it is kept safe.

Fiberglass pools are made from prefabricated shells, and these materials may crack over time. If you notice floating pieces of fiberglass in the water, you need to act fast to get this problem taken care of since it could serious damage to your filtration system and to the rest of the pool's plumbing.

Above ground pools can experience problems with leaks or damage to the liner because it is an exposed structure in the environment. We can locate the leak(s), and apply special patching materials to stop the issue from getting any worse.

Swimming Pool Plumbing Repair

We can also provide you with swimming pool plumbing repair. Leaks found in the pool's plumbing lines are typically caused from settlement in the soil, or from corrosion. We have a team of experts who routinely find and take care of leaks in a pool's plumbing system.

We can take care of the following:

Return Lines

These help to return water from the pump to the filter and back into the swimming pool. Often times, leaks in the return line could cause a lot of problems. We will be able to penetrate the pool deck to get access to the line to see where the leak could be. We can repair or replace the line if necessary.

Suction Lines

These lines remove water from the pool or spa to recirculate the water through the pump and filter, and then back to the return lines and into the water. This line starts at the skimmer and goes to the main drain. If you have a leak here, new lines may need to be installed, and we have special equipment to take care of this kind of work.

Main Drain

The main drain is in the lowest point of the swimming pool. This drain often gets clogged with dirt and debris. This drain can also experience problems with leaking. This could cause your pool's water level to become very low very fast. In fact, water could drop nearly three feet in just one day. We can repair the main drain in most cases, but if replacement is necessary for the equipment, we can take care of that as well.

Pump and Filter

The swimming pool pump and filter will last for around 8 years before they need to be replaced. We can take care of problems or leaks with the threading on the connections to the equipment, and we can also fix the pump if it's not working like normal. Only professionals should take care of this kind of work!
